Do you take returns?

Everything is made to order therefore I do not take returns. If something gets received damaged please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item with pictures. The item will then be excepted or declined and shipped back at the purchasers expense.

How long until an item ships from time of purchase?

Depending upon the piece most orders will take 3-5 days before shipping. But allow 2 weeks max. All items are made to order. Also, please keep this in mind when picking which type of shipping you will need.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I do not but that can change in the future.

What materials do you use?

All chains are 14kt Gold Filled. All studs Gold Plated. All of the hoops are 14kt Gold Filled. 14kt GF backs are available upon request at an increased price. You can message me if needed.

What if I do not know my ring size?

It is very important that you send me the right ring size. I do not stock sizes and everything is made to order so there are no returns if the size is wrong. Any local jewelry store is able to size your finger. Also the rings are fun to wear on any finger so if it doesn’t fit one finger it should fit another. Make sure to size your finger with a wide ring sizer.
